Project Coordination Meeting 01

28 April 2011

1. PDB requested SARBA to submit BG before start work.
2. AIRIS reported the Majlis approval status.
3. IWK requested pump system, they rejected septic tank. AIRIS had appeal twice, but still rejected.
4. JPS, targeted approval on 01 Jun 2011. AIRIS confirm there is no OSD.
5. KM and BP drawing had pass to land vendor (RainKall), pending land vendor submit to Silk highway.
6. SARBA had highlighted, full direct access approval yet to release, only conceptual approval obtained. SARBA requested to revised the project contract start date (which is date after obtained full direct access approval).
7. PDB had asking SARBA arrange meeting with land vendor and road consultant to clarify to work scope
8. Low HE had send out an email to PDB after discussion with land vendor. Land vendor will confirm back the date for meeting.
